Maintenance Emergency
If your maintenance item is an emergency or cannot wait until the next day please call: (503) 228-0645 XT. 116 and press 2 to be forwarded to the technician on call. You can also call (503) 228-0645 and press 5 at any time during the automated greeting to be connected to the maintenance technician on call.

    Maintenance Request
    To submit a Maintenance Repair Request online, log in to your Tenant Portal using the Login button at the upper right of this page. If you do not have a Tenant Portal yet please complete a paper repair request which are stored at your building or print the form below and fax to (503) 228-4128 or email to Please be specific about the area and nature of the problem being reported.

    The maintenance team addresses requests Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

    Laundry machines are not owned by Bristol. Any laundry outages should be reported to the servicer of the building’s machines which is a 3rd party. Please look on the sticker on the machines and call the appropriate party. The machines are most likely serviced by the following companies: Coin Meter: (503)452-4111 or Mac Gray: (800)622-4719.
